They last all day and each pan delivers such impressive pigmentation. They all blend out effortlessly and create a flawless finish. Due to my personal preference if I had to choose which one I had to keep and which one I had to give away, I would keep the powdered version purely because of the ‘fawn’ shade. Both palettes are incredible and well worth the price I paid for them. I haven’t been disappointed with any of their products so far.

So to sum this review up in a few sentences, I will just say again how much I love Anastasia Beverly Hills as a brand. That’s such a good idea and will be looking at getting another ‘fawn’ because I love that shade so much. With both kits I love that the shades lift out of the magnetic palette and you can replace them or change they around.

I have been using it every time I have done my makeup and I absolutely love this palette. But me being me and having little willpower I’d any purchased it after not being about to find a single contour product from another brand I liked, and I don’t regret it. I knew the Anastasia palette wouldn’t let me down but I didn’t want to spend that much money on another palette. I have been looking for a while for a good contour colour, and I didn’t find anything. In reality I have no cheekbones but these palettes give the illusion I do and I love it. As I have said before I am so stupidly pale, I find ‘fawn’ goes very well on my cheekbones and i have received lots of compliments when I wear this. You really don’t need a lot I always start with a little then build it up until I am fully satisfied. I find the shades in the powered palette so highly pigmented. My cream contour kit is in light and the powder contour kit is in light/medium. I will insert swatches of each colour in both of these palettes below.Īs you can see the creams are super pigmented and a little goes a long way, they are also very creamy which makes the blending process so much easier. The cream contour kit is perfect for the days when you really want to sculpt your face and the powder contour is great for setting the cream into place or using it on its own. For everyday uses I reach for the powder version more as I find it is so much quicker to slap on your face.

If I am going out and want to put more of an effort into my makeup look I will use the cream kit first, then set it with a powder to create more dimension to my face. I find that when I use them I have to ensure I have left myself enough time to blend them all in and set on op with another powder. However, like anything practice makes perfect. I have only just started playing around with makeup and find creams quite tricky to master. This is for a number of reasons, one being that the creams are very advanced.

But because of my skin type I would say I prefer the powder contour kit. Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Powder Kit is an all-in-one contour powder kit containing 3 highlighter shades and 3 contour shades in. As I said in the introduction this is my own personal preference as both palettes are equally as stunning. As I don’t want to repeat myself but instead compare them both together. So I have linked above my previous review on the cream version of the contour kit which I did a few months ago.
